The Italian actors always look like they’re pissed off to be doing these rolls I bet the outakes have a lot of racist mutterings like “eggplant” That’s what Italians call black people in the movie pictures.”

Me and Brando mobbed over to Main Street Metal the other day so that we could finally get the piece of plywood off of our store front which had been there since break-in #2. Age had come over and hooked up the vinyl sign the day before so all that was left for us was to get something that made the window secure.
Our neighbors Goodfoot & Stussy told us to go to Main Street Metal, an 80 year old metal shop located next to the Ivanhoe and across from the Cobolt. Done. This place was ill – a mad dungeon of welding gear and metal tools and a couple of blue collar workers who were totally refreshing to deal with. We were concerned that it was slightly expensive to get our metal cut and dude was like cool – “You can either buy the whole shit and cut it yourself or pay the money and let me fucking cut it – whatever”. No problem.
We got him to cut it.
So we got our Marquee back up. Feels Good. Looks Good.
Tell the neighborhood Gastown B&E crackheads to keep it moving and for the rest – I’ll leave you with the metal shop pinup posters.

Looks like the homies at HVW8 (“Hi DSTRBO!”) have discovered an internet superstar after posting this footage they filmed of a homeless cat named Gangsta Red throwing down some G Funk in the parking lot behind the HVW8 office. I think they got him in the booth doing real recordings now…
